I updated to Access Connections 4.11a and it works great, no problems. Also, I got the Thinkpad Bluetooth Software with Enhanced Data Rate update as well with some on screen functionality and Hotkey features. I also got the Audio Gateway to work and I can now hook up to my RAZR and a 551 to answer calls and talk normally, except using the Thinkpad.
One little note though; be careful with the Software Installer. When it uninstalls the previous version, then goes to install the latest version for something like Hardware Drivers, Windows will *instantly* try to jump in and install its own drivers or the ones it last remembers in there (in this case, Thinkpad Bluetooth Software IV). If possible, turn off the Window Hardware Wizards whilst using the Software Updater for Hardware Drivers. This isn't a problem with the Software Installer, just something I noticed Windows tends to do. I think that could be the source for many problems arising with the package updates. If there is any doubt about a successful package install, run it manually or download it and install it yourself.
