Can You Guys Weigh In On This Please?

Well here's the story,

I purchased a t43 back in December of last year. Since that time, it has been to the easy serv depot at least 4 times. The first time was because of the rescue and recovery failing, the second time was because of the fan issue, the third time was because the motherboard went bad, and now because when it was sent back to me the touchpad at the bottom sits at an angle.

Now it was not like that went I sent it in, but now the touchpad has a slight grade to the left of the palm rest. I don't know why one side is higher, but I sent it back and they still did not fix it. Perhaps I am being too anal, but I expect quality workmanship.

So I called IBM tech support again today and asked if I might get a replacement since it has been to the depot so many times. Their reply was that they could not make that decision, and that I would need to talk to Solectron in Tenessee to have them make that decision. Is this true or B.S.?

Any thoughts on this problem would be appreciated!
