Surprise! FN + F3 functionality after updates

I installed many of the 2/2006 updates this week and just got a surprise. FN + F3 no longer just shuts off the screen. It brings up a black menu (like the FN + F2, F5, F7, F9 popups), offering any of the Power Manager schemes, or turning off the screen. (Options allow you to keep the previous functionality.)

Leave it to IBM/Lenovo to keep adding value to the software utilities for the TP line.
