Has anyone done this upgrade?

I need advice from you guys i got an IBM T40 2373 75U and i want to upgrade my motherboard. I buy this mother board: ibm t41 systemboard ibm fru is 39t5495 with 128MB FIRE GLT2 ati video memory.
Do you think it will work on my T40? Do i have buy anything or replace anything else to install it?
Mine has 32mb ati video.

The Hardware Maintenance Manual should explain you how to install. It might also give insight on whether such an upgrade is supported. But that's all I can tell you, as I don't have any first hand (or even second hand) experience with such upgrades.
