Internal DAC from 400MHZ to 350MHZ?

Hi,

I have a 2373-3vu and originally it had an ATI MR9600 video card with an Internal DAC of 400MHZ. Just days ago, had to replace the board and now I have ATI MR9600 but my DAC is 350MHZ! Is this a major problem for graphics and videos?? Should I return it again?

The guy in IBM told me that there is no difference...but I quite don't believe him...
