Having some trouble with T41 waking up from sleep?

So, this has just started happening, when in sleep overnight it won't wake up in the morning. Sometimes, it just takes like two minutes, but others it doesn't at all.

BRS is the only way to get it back to life, but then desktop is all wacked.

any thoughts. I coudln't find a string on this.

I have found that if power saving features on both the computer and Windows is on, it can cause big trouble.
