T41p Horror Story

Got a T41p a year and a half ago. The laptop died and it went back to IBM, they changed the board. Then there was a problem with the LCD, again....back to service and it was changed. Now a few weeks ago, it died again and...you guessed it, back to IBM, they changed the board and everything else (cpu ect). Got the machine back, lasted 1 day and ...it died again. Now IBM is going to take it again to fix it. Is it normal that such a machine goes back to servicing that often and they keep on insisting to fix it. I have spoken to their executive customer service rep and they keep on brining the laptop back. I think i have myself a lemon. What can i do to put more pressure on them? your inputs will be much appreciated.
