Recovery Problem

Here is what I get when I recover:

MFG clean "could not find c:\IO.SYS"

Says directory not empty or something.

This is after a factory restore.

Any ideas?

I have seen that file hang around after recoveries on my t42, it sometimes hangs down in the task bar, I have right clicked on it and closed to get rid of it. Is it causing a problem or do you have a completely botched recovery?

Some times I get the BSOD, but after I reload everything is dandy. Just concerned this could be a potiental problem.
