[T42p] Noise comming from USB ports when I use my mouse

Hi everybody !

I observed a very strange problem on my T42p :
When I plug my USB optical mouse to an USB hub, every move of the mouse generate a noisy whistle coming from the USB ports !

but thanks god, when I plug my mouse directly on an USB port (not using an USB hub) there is no noise ...

Is there a solution to this weird problem ??

u sure its not the cpu fan just revving up a little bit??
