How bright can you get your screen?
My whites aren't as bright as other lcd screens I have seen. I have the on screen brightness on its highest setting. I can go into cortrol panel display settings and increase brightness under gamma, but it starts to get washed out. Any other settings I'm missing?

i've noticed the colours are washed out on my t42 but i only noticed compared to my lcd monitor cuz i have a dual screen going. i've also played with settings and found it makes it worse.

noticed till you compare to a "bright" lcd screen. Most noticable when looking at a white backround.
