Ultrabay battery wont charge?

My ultrabay battery wont charge, it is in "good" health, and has only 31 cycles on it. It is totally drained. This has happened in the past, I usually would take it out and then put it back in. Then it would charge. But when I do that now it doesn't do anything.

Any help would be great.

my T23 does that too - when it wont charge i normally just take it out, blow in the power terminals or let it sit out and cool down, stick it back in and itll charge up.

Now it just worked. I think that the main battery had to be run down, past 70% or some value, since I used my computer on battery today. And now the Ultrabay is all charged.
