ezserve & onsite international warranty?

hi all -

I just placed an order for a T42 w/ onsite warranty.

The salesperson said that with onsite, IBM would send someone out to fix the computer in countries where it is supported. Is this true?

& does the standard ezserve depot service provide free shipping to & from the depot when i'm getting the work done internationally? Anyone out there with international depot experiences to share (speed / quality of service / extra costs)?

i travel alot & will probably be spending time in a few different countries in the coming years. (canada, czech republic, costa rica, england, australia)
