Running VGA _in_ to a thinkpad display

#1 Post by autologic » Sun Mar 05, 2006 10:06 pm

Can I run a VGA monitor so that it uses my thinkpad display?
I'm willing to take the thing apart and add a port somewhere if that's what it might take.

Any ideas?

Thought about this already, the best thing to do is to VPN into your other computer if it has Internet and Remote Desktop it via WinXP.

Maxivista can do something similar, but via a network connection, not via any pure physical videocard-to-monitor interface.
