[T43 1871FWG] Recovery CD 1 problem

Dear Thinkpad users,
Unfortunatelly my CD on which I burned Windows (CD #1) via "Create Recovery Disks" was damaged. Is there anyone who could PM me and help me to recover the recovery disk ?:) The creation tool is blocked as it already burned the CD. I called polish ibm support partner and they want me to pay for CD. As far as I read this forum you are entitled to get the CD for free. Can someone point me where can I look after such statements ? I'm completly new here.

BTW. Thank you all for great job you are doing here to help such guys like me )

No. In some locations in the world, you can get a them at no charge within a certain time after a Thinkpad purchase. In other locations in the world, IBM charges for them at any time.

Its all depends where you are.
