question about biulding a t43p & using some t41 parts

ive been told( id like to make sure that the benias processer will work in a t43p mobo, and my other big thing is the fan, i have my t41's fan and it works fine but my girlfriend has a t43 and the fan sounds complety different i was wondering would the t41 fan be ok in the t43? is Blietooth biult in to the t43p? ive heard some talk yes and no so id like to know the truth and because it was the t41 that went defective i wanted to use everything else (case, screen and such) the other worry is i heard that the intel prowireless 2100/3b would not work as well, i wanted to know what i would be up against because the motherboard is supposed to be here this week and id like to use as much as i can and know what i cant use, thanks[/code]
