Remote Desktop and Fingerprint

I just upgraded my fingerprint software, restarted, and now remote desktop won't work.

no machine can detect mine..

help?

firewall!?

be sure you have no firewall activted, or you have but allow incoming connection to whatever soft you use for remote connection!

Make sure you allow tcp port 3389 incoming access.

So after fiddling around,

i've gotten it to work about half the time

and when it doesn't

i go and repair my internet connection a couple times

and then it works.

Any thoughts?
