I just called up IBM regarding whether I can use the fingerprint swiping to log onto sites/email. They said that the only thing the fingerprint allow you to do is login onto window.
I've read many times that people use their fingerprint to logon to sites via IBM security client(?) This is true.
Also, I set my passphrasse password so long ago and I've forgotten the password so I cant even configure the setting in secuirty client. Is there a way to reset or retrieve this password? I ask IBM and they said to re-install the software.
Thanks
