messenger bag recommendation for T42

I have a T42 with a 14.1" screen. I'd like to get a messenger bag with some decent organizing ability. I've read many recommendations for the Waterfield bags. Would one of their medium Cargo bags be about the right size? Is a sleeve necessary with these bags?

Still no responses? After looking in a couple of stores and finding nothing I liked, I ordered a medium Cargo bag/sleeve combo from Waterfield. When it gets here, I'll post my impressions.
