I can't figure out why my t43p is prompting for a finger print swipe. When I close the lid and leave it for at least 10 minutes and then open it and move the mouse it says to swipe finger or press control alt delete.
I have checked all of the settings in the screensaver tab. it is not set to go into standby (or prompt for password after resuming from standby) when the lid is shut. Also the screen saver option is not checked to prompt for password upon resume.
I do not remember it doing this before. The only thing I can think of that has changed is that this machine was added to an active directory domain. And after the domain change I had to setup my finger prints again.
If anyone has any ideas as to what may be causing this I would greatly appreciate it!
Thank you
