How much for a used T43?

Sorry if this isn't the right place, but I am thinking of selling my T43. Its exactly a year old now, but I really need an even smaller laptop, and I don't need something as powerful. So I just wanted to test the waters. How well do IBM's hold their value? I will keep looking into it as well. My model is:

2668-44U
Windows XP
OS Version 5.10.2600 Service Pack 2
BIOS 1.24
Pentium M 750 1.86
1 GIG Memory (2 512's)
40 Gig HD 5400 RPM
ATI 300X Graphics
Fingerprint reader
Two 6-cell batteries
Intel Pro/WL 2200 BG

Bluetooth adapter (plugs into USB port)

here in ontario canada it would probably run 1300-1500Cad $$$$
which is 1150 - 1350 US
asuming you have 2 years left on you warranty

i sold an exact T43 on ebay a month ago without the bluetooth ofcouse, for 1120 + shipping. I think you could get around that amount if u choose the ebay route.

So when you sold it on Ebay, what did you do before you sent it off? Wipe out the HD? I wonder about security issues selling it to someone you do not know.

besides cleaning the case, you should use the recovery and re-install XP onto the machine, part of the rebuild is to format the partition so no data is left.
