Sending it in to EZ-Serve.........

I 'm sending my T23 in to EZ-Serve to warranty the display.
Before I send it should I pull out the Hard drive, Memory, CDRW, and/or Battery? Or anything?

I strongly encourage everyone to read the FAQ at http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=1689 It's full of tips about ThinkPads.

From the FAQ:

5) Does EasyServ need my HDD to fix my ThinkPad?

Never send anything to EasyServ that isn't part of the problem. Period.
