2373-8YM - Bluetooth Antenna?

Hi,

I've checked the HMM but was just wondering if someone can verify if the 15" T42 model number 2373-8YM (Australian model) has the Bluetooth antenna built-in.

The model is listed on page 202 (206 in Acrobat Reader) of the HMM and page 243 (249 - Acrobat) would indicate to me that the Bluetooth antenna is there.

The reason I would like to confirm is that I was speaking to a tech. at IBM and he said "because the displays come from different manufacturers that it was pot luck if you got one with the antenna built-in". This doesn't seem quite right to me. Presumably, if it is there, I can upgrade the modem to Bluetooth/Modem.

Also, and I think I may have read this somewhere, is there some marking on the TP lid (for want of a better word) that indicates the antenna is there?

Yep, according to HMM, you got the BT antenna. You just need the Mini PCI card and the clear plate (not necessary). Check out this thread for more info.
