Which software did you use the most to step down CPU Multiplier Voltage?
1. Centrino Hardware Control
2. RMClock_utility + TPFan_control

the latest version of CHC has no conflict with TPFC ?Paul Unger wrote:I presume that 'Notebook Hardware Control'--the updated version of 'Centrino Hardware Control'--is also included? I voted for CHC but actually use NCH + TPFC. And love 'em both
Some people report running NHC and TP fan control without a problem, as long as they disable the temp readings in NHC. However, for some reason, it doesn't work for everyone. I cannot run NHC or CHC and TPFC at the same time, no matter what I do. Quite annoying. RMMClock works fine with TPFC though.gunston wrote:the latest version of CHC has no conflict with TPFC ?
If I remember right, you have to set the TPFC as a service for it to work with NHC correctly. I have TPFC as a service and I don't have any conflicts anymore.Jmmmmm wrote:Some people report running NHC and TP fan control without a problem, as long as they disable the temp readings in NHC.
