this is my first experience with usb 2.0... had firewire on my desktop...
just bought the usb cable for my ipod and when synching the ipod (which is a lot slower than when i used firewire on my desktop) while playing music, itunes starts to break up a LOT. Processor usage is at around 20% (according to task manager) so i don't know if its itunes or something to do with my usb or what... should i just go back to firewire?
problems with usb 2.0 and itunes?

installed newest versions of both ipod software and itunes yesterday...
related question: has anyone noticed whether, with usb 2.0 external drives, there is heavy processor / ram usage, particularly with burning dvd's... with the old firewire chipset i had (oxford 911), a lot of the load shifted to the external chipset instead of the system's...
