Warranty upgrade prices lowered?

Warranty upgrade prices lowered?

Does anyone know if warranty upgrade prices were just lowered? I seem to remember they were much higher not long ago.

Maybe it's better to not upgrade warranty at time of purchase?

it appears that they were lowered a few $$..

but it also looks like it might be a sale..
