What are the different keyboard types for the T41?

#1 Post by dxben » Wed May 03, 2006 12:41 am

I just had my keyboard replaced and the one I got is definitely inferior to my original. The new one is louder and has less key travel, making typing a bit painful since I have long fingers.

Unfortunately I don't have the old one any more, the tech took it, so I can't get the serial number off of it.

Can anyone tell me what are the options for keyboards for the T41p, I would like to order the one I had previously.

I would guess you probably had the Thai keyboard and now have the CHICONY one.

Here are the options for keyboards for the T41P series: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... 58491.html
