You won't be able to reach 35degC idling. The Pentium M's are good, but not that good. My Banias at least starts around that temp and then holds steady at 40 on idle.

Beside, what is "purifier" that you used, is that alcoholic liquid? just wonder whether can i used the alcohol to wipe away the dirt on GPU, and original thermal compound.?

I can't verify that, it's not my statement. If I had a Dothan, possibly it would run that little bit cooler, to shave a degree or two of the idle state.
Why do you want your temps that low anyway? Is it effecting your laptop?

Sorry nirvana0001, I didn't mean to make you mad.
I found the cause of my problem, is the E7K100 drive.
Right now the HD temp is 45C. And the CPU is 49C.

The E7K100 is making the Touchpad to be hot when touching it. It's not ideal that drive in a T4x series. I'm dumping it (selling it off course)
Thanks nirvana0001 for posting an image, is not that I didn't believe you, but is good to see that the temp can be lowered.
An again, my apologies

Ok, changed my WLAN module, and applied AS5 thermal paste at same time (with AS remover/purifier), and here are my results:
T40 2373 PM1.5GHz Banias(@0.716 6x @1.084 15x) MR7500(@60/60)
Original
idle 6x
cpu 41c
gpu 43c
stress 15x cpu
00s 41c 0x (fan)
10s 56c 1x
30s 58c 1x
90s 59c 1x
140 59c 1x stable
With AS5
idle 6x
cpu 37c
gpu 40c
stress 15x cpu
00s 37c 0x (fan)
10s 42c 0x
30s 45c 0x
90s 52c 0x
140 56c 1x
145 55c started to cool
, so CPU about 4 celsius cooler in idle and the fan start time at full blast about 2 minutes more. Interestingly GPU was 3 celsius also cooler in idle although my T40 fan doesn't connect to the GPU.
So all in all definitely worth the trouble.

I really want to do this mod but I have in the past ripped my CPU out of its locked socket and broke off some pins when I removed the heatsink from my desktop. So I am kind of scared about trying this.
Is the heatsink just attached by screws and nothing else? Is the stock thermal pad glued onto the CPU really tightly? Will the heatsink contacts on a T41 be the same as your T4xp?

I just did it today and it was really easy =) my ATI gpu is different from yours and it didn't have thermal grease on it and it didn't have the pink sticker either. The only thing between the GPU and the heatsink was the gray sticky pad.
Anyways I think even for a regular T41 and even before AS5 break-in, the CPU runs cooler, because I don't notice the fan starting to spin faster anymore doing normal stuff. So far the only thing that has gotten the fan to speed up was running prime95 torture test for 2-3 min. I didn't get readings of the temps or anything because all I cared about was fan noise sometimes.
For anyone interested , here is a pic:
