ATI drivers for T43

Anyone have any idea when Lenovo will release the next set of ATI drivers for the T43 series? The last update was way back in Jan and an update is long overdue...

They typically only release bug fixes, not larger fixes like ATI actually publishes.

So very far apart is normal.

See my post in the A** forum on this matter. There is a link and that will convert the ordinary desktop drivers for use in a notebook.

What about just updating to ATI's latest vanilla drivers instead of waitiing for Lenovo release it?

vanilla drivers don't work - you'll get an error message. The link I gave has the instructions on how this is being done, basically you take the vanilla drivers and then run some software which then sets it all up to be installed. No longer there isa need to wait for the mobile drivers to come out....
