Well I first I went to the ibm site and did a Service request, when they came and change the mb and the last problem happen then I call 1-800-IBM-SERV I really don't know if it's ibm or lenovo, then I talk to the tech guys and they kept on sending me up the latter and no one could solve the problem, then they say say someone was going to call me, then someone call me and say they will lookup the laptop history, then I was call back again and i was told that I did not qualify yet for the laptop change

One thing about this I personally belive that the laptop should be replace I even told them give even an old one I really don't care as long as it works

, but I dint want to make a fuzz about it since I baught the laptop on ebay and I really don't know how warranty works with that. So I accepted their offer to be send to the repair shop, But all honesty I really don't have any more confident on this laptop and I most likely will sell it back on ebay.
Man I always wanted a IBM thinkpad. I even sold my dell 700m to get this one and I never had a problem with the dell 700m, I just always wanted a thinkpad. I always thought they were the best laptop on the market and I read up on the T40 review before I baught it and all reviews where great so I baught because of that and because of the warranty which ends May-2007 so I though I could not go wrong. Boy was I wrong ( lol sorry I needed to let that out
