T41 Warcraft III Fast Mouse Movement

I didn't have this problem with my T30, but with the T41, my mouse appears to move at the same speed in both desktop and inside Warcraft III. For my T30, my mouse movement will slow down a bit inside the game (which is what I want) but not in T41.

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem and came up with a solution. Thanks.

Isn't there an option inside the game for changing the mouse speed?

Not that I know of
