New Client security upgrade help

I apologize if this has been talked about before, I just uprgaded my client security and rescue & recovery. now everytime that i turn the computer on, i get a pop up screen that asks me to go to the lenovo web site to upgrade client security. can anyone help me stop this screen from popping back up.
