You can also use Virtual Floppy if you want; See,

Technically, it should work for that.
If the MBR fixer program can boot from a floppy, it will probably come in a self-extracting *.exe that extracts the main 1.44MB image out onto drive somewhere. Just copy that image onto the virtual floppy then unmount it and then initiate the process of the MBR repair program writing to a boot floppy. After that, it should be able to boot from the virtual floppy image.
