XGA or SXGA+: Is there really a big difference
I'm assuming that XGA screens come with the "lower end" model computers, but is there really a noticable difference between XGA and SXGA+ when doing normal things (i.e. surfing sites like this, using word/excel etc.)?
A notebook newb!

the XGA has 1024x768 resolution. the SXGA+ has 1400x1050 resolution. This gives you MUCH more screen realestate. You can view many more applications at once, etc.
so yes, huge difference. the SXGA+ is harder to read though since the text is much smaller...
