I accidently disabled my PCI video driver under the adapter thing. I restarted, then accidently disabled the new adapter that took its place. Now I can't see anything when windows loads, how do I acivate it again a video driver again?

As you turn your system on, press F8 and choose "Enable VGA mode". Then after it finishes booting into Windows, you should be able to go in and select the adapter that you want.

Once you are in VGA mode, you need to go into your Display properties and choose the adapter that you deleted. You might need to download your drivers again.
VGA mode is a better route than just Safe Mode, since you have limited options in Safe Mode. Sometimes you can't install certain things within Safe Mode.

You need to reinstall XP on top of the existing installation. That will keep all your settings and programs but will "refresh" the missing/damaged files.
Boot from an XP CD, skip over the first "repair" option, and when you reach the point where you are asked to install XP, let the install program find the "existing installation" and select to install on top of that installtion -- do NOT install onto a new location as that will destroy your existing setup.
