Wireless problem

Hi all..im having a problem with my wireless connection..im able to connect to the internet..chat on msn..but the problem is i cant surf the internet..webpages juz dont load..this happens usually after afew hours of using..but once i reset my router everything is ok..but the same problem will return after awhile..can anyone help ?thanx in advance

It sounds like a problem on your router rather than the thinkpad? As usual, you can try to update the router to the newest firmware.

There are well-documented issues, similar to yours, between the older drivers for the Intel 2200/2915 and Atheros-based wireless routers (D-Link, Netgear, etc.) The connectivity problems are resoved by the newest Intel drivers. Update the Intel drivers using the link below if this is relevant to your situation.

2200b/g is over 2 years old and intel is still fixing the driver ...

I think I will get an atheros on my next thinkpad.

The Atheros devices have their own problems, so don't think you are home free just by doing that.
