The NMB Thai keyboard is generally noted as being the best of the set do to a set of factors; key action, noise, and tactile response. All of which the NMB excels at. Essentially the Model M Incarnate of laptop keyboards.
Although go with what you like the best; see what you like and what you don't like about the various keyboards before going and buying another keyboard for your Thinkpad.
