RMclock Utility 2.1 vs Power manager

#1 Post by gunston » Mon Jul 10, 2006 9:17 am

hi there,
RMclock utility 2.1 had been released few days ago,
since my power manager schemes have already corrupted with the previous version of RMclock utility.
I just wonder anyone else try it out and tell whether or not it is still conflict with power manager.

Are you referring to IBM power manager or Microsoft Windows power manager?

I don't have the IBM one installed. However, I have been running RMClock 1.6 for over a year and it doesn't seem to conflict with Windows power schemes.

Does 2.1 offer anything useful over 1.6?

well, as i know that RMclock utility 2.05 has software conflict with IBM power manager, it makes the schemes under IBM power manager unapplicable or even disappear. :!:

I've found version 1.6 to be easier to configure, and they offer the same functionality. I've sticked with v1.6.
