How to delete arichive backup from USB harddrive

I use R&R 3.1 to copy archive backup files to USB harddrive. Later I want to delete some archive files from USB harddrive to save some spaces. I found through Delete backup function in R&R 3.1, it only lists available backup files in your local harddrive, not including USB harddrive.

Is anyone who knows how to delete archive backup from USB hard drive? Many thanks.

i am able to delete the archive files on my usb drive because i was given the option to make the usb drive bootable for the recovery to take place
