Broadcom Startup Problems

#1 Post by Dato2020 » Sun Jul 16, 2006 2:29 pm

Whenever I start my newly purchased T43 it runs BROADCOM UNDI PXE.2.1V 7.75...CLIENT mac addr.....BROADCOM BASE CODE

Is there any way I can bypass this? Is it required at start up?

Thanks,

Dato 2020

Go into BIOS by pressing F1 during POST. In startup lower the priority of network boot.

What I did was go into BIOS and disabled the "Internal Network Option ROM".....that fixed it...hope it does not screw anything else up.

Thank you. :D
