close up picture of lcd cable NEEDED

I am reassembling a t41 laptop and there is a small plastic piece that rests in-between the lcd and motherboard. I am not sure which way this goes. IBM's documentation does not show. One side is flat, the other is rounded with a slight lip near one side.

If someone could take a close up pic of the cable connection "that would be great".

You don’t need to disassemble it just a pic of the top left area above the keyboard when the laptop is open or the bottom right of the back lcd panel. Many thanks. If you need clarification please let me know.

Is it a rubber part? If it is a rubber part and rests in between the motherboard and keyboard bezel then that should be the part for the microphone. The base of the rubber part should have two arms that stick out and is shaped like "]" the hole should go on top of the microphone that is mounted on the board and the "]" arms should hug the USB ports. The other end of the hole on this rubber part should touch the small microphone slots on the bezel.

I am looking for this same part for one of my T41s...if anyone has an extra one for sale please let me know.
