HV Screen Expansion keeps turning off

#1 Post by Logi7 » Fri Aug 13, 2004 10:46 pm

I dont know what I did, but now even when i get into BIOS and turn the HV screen expansion (screen strectching lower resolutions) [ON] itll be fine (because the windows loading screen is NOW stretched) until it gets back into windows and then its magically off (as ill notice when i play games or lower the res in windows, if i resatrt the computer without chaging the bios option backa again the windows loadin screen isnt stretched anymore)

im using the omega drivers btw (which i didnt have any problem with until recently)

Logi7,

Right-click the desktop and select Properties (or open Control Panel and select Display Properties). Select the Settings Tab, and then click the Advanced button. Once the Advanced properties page comes up, select the Displays tab. You should see three options: Monitor, Panel, TV. Click on the Panel button, and make sure "Scale Image to Panel Size" is selected. That should do it.

Thanks, Logi7!!!

Based on my current post count (255 as of 8-15-04), I've helped you on average about 15,405,918 per post! I think that's a personal record, and perhaps a site record too! lol :)
