Recondition Battery Now doesn't work anymore

T42, with ultrabay slim battery, regardless of whether I try this button on battery 1 or 2, it simply brings up the first screen where I click continue, then it goes back to the battery information where the button has changed to "stop battery reconditioning" but when I click OK, nothing happens.

Previously this used to work, and on the little battery maximizer taskbar icon it used to have a special symbol. Can't for the life of me work out why it's no longer working, help!!!

Well in frustration I've just reinstalled battery maximizer wizard and lo and behold it now works! Never would have thought (I mean the rest of it worked flawlessly).
