mini-dock II heat dissipation

some questions about the MD2.

1. There is a tray under the thinkpad, and the 9-cell bettery slides into the back flap. Since the battery is at the back, does the underside, especially the battery get really hot when docked? I wish the MD2's tray is removable, so there is some space under the thinkpad and to save some space.

2. How much elevation does the MD2 provides? How much easier would typing be?

3. Does any one have a picture of a docked T4x on PR2 or MD2?
