Is $200 a good price for a 2ghz, 400FSB SL7EM cpu?

Specs:

sSpec Number SL7EM
Processor Frequency 2 GHz
CPUID String 06d6H
Package Type 478 pin
Core Voltage 1.340-1.276 V
Bus Speed 400 MHz
Thermal Guideline 21.0W
Core Stepping B1
Thermal Spec 100°C L2
Cache Size 2mb
Manufacturing Technology 90 NM
L2 Cache Speed 2 GHz

I saw one for the same price but it was 1.8ghz cache speed.
