Thinkpad T43 - Powersurge on USB Hub

Any ideas how to get RID of this ANNOYING MESSAGE.
The otherday i was using my usb floppy, and ever since ive been getting this annoying message, i did the RESET option on the usb menu, ive uninstalled / reinstalled the drivers etc and its still doing it

VERY ANNOYING.

I also "hid" the message but it still manages to come back up.
I'd like to have my one year old thinkpad t43 at 100% so what do i need to do?
