T41 "Fan error" will not boot

I have a thinkpad T41 and when I turn on the thinkpad after 1 sec it turns off giving me a "FAN Error"
Can some one tell me what to do and if I need to change it, how to do it and the steps to open the thinkpad

Remove:
1) Keyboard
2a) Palmrest
2b) Keyboard Bezel
Note: 2a and 2b are one piece on 15" units; two pieces on 14" units.
3) Heatsink/fan assembly (3 screws).

Fan inside heat sink cannot be replaced. The entire heatsink/fan assembly must be replaced.

I just ran into the same problem on my T42. Can I get a link to buy the heatsink/fan also?
