Has anyone bought his Thinkpad at notebook4u.at?
Hi,
has anyone here from Europe/Germany bought his Thinkpad at http://www.notebook4u.at ? I'm planning to buy there a T41p, because they seem to offer nice prices for students.
Are you satisfied with this shop? Good or bad service?
Regards.

In the meantime the german nofost shops (notebooks for students) offer the T41p too.
It costs only 2000 EUR ! It is exactly the same model except of the smaller 6 cells accu.
But for this prize you can buy the T41p for 2000 EUR + extra 9 cell accu for 205 EUR.
Now you will have two accu (standart 6 cell + extra 9 cell) for cheaper prize then at www.notebook4u.at !

Thanks, you're right. Nofost has a cheaper model now, even with second accu. Unfortunately nofost doesn't offer a dead pixel test of the chosen Thinkpad like notebooks4u.at does for less than 20 euro.
What do you mean? Is the guaranteed dead pixel free display worth the more money? Are you well satisfied with nofost?
edit: I'm a bit irritated because the 2373-GH is not listed in the tabook.

I think, for the additional battery, you can do order without the dead pixel test. And finally, at online order you can still give the device back if you don´t like it (e.g. dead pixels...).
