Atheros or 2915 for T41?

Hi all:

Finally getting around to setting up my T41 for wireless...I bought it via Ebay some time ago. It did not have the mini-pci in it. (it has the antenna etc..)
Any suggestions on the better or more reliable wireless to get? intel 2915 or atheros cards...thanks for input - D

I prefer the Atheros based cards.

Atheros, definitely. Longer range and better stability with no downside except the lack of a "Centrino" splash screen on boot.

I also prefer Atheros. I bought NMP-8602 a few month ago and working perfectly.

originaly i was looking ot replace my t41 wireless card(intel prowireless 2100b) with an atheros/ibm card. I ended up buying a new laptop with the 2915 card and i am very happy. If i had a choice i would go the atheros but the 2915 is good too if there is a big price difference
