512mb stick for T23?

Has anyone here ever installed a 512mb stick for a t23?
What brand did you buy? How did it work?

I put two of them in mine. 8)
Both are genuine IBM, they work great.
I found a once in a lifetime deal on ebay, one used and one brand new sealed in the box. The price was too low to reveal, the seller did not know what he was selling.
