pricing on a T42

how much would you buy (or how much it worth as of today) an used T42 in very good cosmetic and 100% working condition for the 2 following systems:

1) T42, 15", ati 9600, 40G, 512mb, pentium m 1.7G, wifi,...

and

2) T42, 14", ati 7500, 40G, 512mb, pentium m 1.9G, finger reader, wifi,...

by the way, i noticed they took off the T4x line thinkpads pricing from lenovo website... i remember seeing them still there a month ago. are they now TOO outdated??

I would probably pay the following:
1) Around $800
2) Around $650
